After Hours Support Policy

Due to the large amount of after hours support requests we have decided to create a policy for after hours support moving forward.  The policy is as follows.


  1. Company hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday
  2. All after hours support requests are to be directed to Please include your name and number 
  3. After hours support is $150 an hour with a one hour minimum
  4. Once an email is received, if someone is available, we will send you an invoice for 1 hour of support.  Once that is paid, we will contact you either by phone or email
  5. These rules apply to everyone no matter the situation  
  6. We will continue to offer track support for those who need it.  Track support is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
