After Hours Support Policy
Due to the large amount of after hours support requests we have decided to create a policy for after hours support moving forward. The policy is as follows.
- Company hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday
- All after hours support requests are to be directed to email@example.com. Please include your name and number
- After hours support is $150 an hour with a one hour minimum
- Once an email is received, if someone is available, we will send you an invoice for 1 hour of support. Once that is paid, we will contact you either by phone or email
- These rules apply to everyone no matter the situation
- We will continue to offer track support for those who need it. Track support is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
